Stephanie from Sunderland “Please find attached photos of the kitchen.
Our new kitchen was part of a large project which involved buying a small house and adding a large extension including bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen, giving us a virtual blank canvas. We found DIY Kitchens searching online, the website was packed with information, prices and a good range of sizes. Looking for kitchens while changing the layout of the walls and doors on the new build could have been a nightmare, but the large range of available sizes made planning and replanning a breeze.
Once the walls were in position we took accurate measurements and sent the plan and sizes to the Helpdesk, we received replies and advice almost immediately. The planned layout was changed slightly to include end panels and a corner post and we were given the final price and link to the checkout basket created by the DIY kitchen staff. All we had to do than was check it off and make the payment.
The kitchen arrived on the given week, the quality of kitchen is very good. It even impressed the joiner who was pointing out little features like the quality of the finishing edges and the soft close drawers. The installation went flawlessly and after six months of constant use, we are still delighted with the finished result.
Obviously for such a large project we were looking for competitive prices and received quotes from Magnet, Howdens and Wren Kitchens, not one of these companies could match the price or the choice of sizes offered by DIY Kitchens. All in all, for quality of build and service we highly recommend DIY Kitchens.
